Gameplay & Progression Data
- Sky Climb: VRMonkey stores the player's level linked to their User ID to save progression.
- Galaxy Kart: VRMonkey does not store personal data; gameplay and platform data are processed by Epic Online Services (EOS) and Meta Platforms.
- Honey Pot: VRMonkey does not store personal data; gameplay and platform data are processed by Epic Online Services (EOS), Meta Platforms, and Aptabase.
Analytics & Telemetry
- Usage statistics (e.g., installs, sessions, playtime, DAU/MAU), crash reports, device information, and session data.
- Processed by third parties such as Epic Online Services (EOS), Firebase, Aptabase, and Meta Platforms.
How We Use the Data
- Enable core gameplay features such as matchmaking, parties, friends, and invites.
- Save progression where applicable (e.g., Sky Climb level linked to User ID).
- Improve our games and services by analyzing anonymized gameplay and performance data.
- Ensure platform compliance and safety (age checks, account linking, deep links).
- Respond to support requests and technical issues.
We do not sell user data and do not use it for external advertising.
Who Processes the Data
- VRMonkey Ltda. - Stores minimal progression data only for Sky Climb (player level + User ID).
- Meta Platforms, Inc. - Provides authentication, matchmaking, friends, invites, parties, deep linking, and other platform features. Often acts as an independent data controller. (Meta Privacy Policy)
- Epic Games, Inc. (Epic Online Services - EOS) - Provides multiplayer, matchmaking, authentication, friends list, and related services. Acts as controller in many scenarios and as processor in some telemetry contexts. (Epic Privacy Policy)
- Google LLC (Firebase) - Crash reporting, analytics, messaging, remote config, and performance monitoring. (Google Privacy Policy)

Each third-party provider processes data according to their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
- Data stored directly by VRMonkey (only in Sky Climb: level + User ID) is retained for as long as your account is active or until you request deletion.
- Data processed by third parties is subject to their respective retention policies.
